Visual Phase: Clean and crystalline straw yellow. Smelling Phase: Medium intensity with notes of citrus, stone fruit type avocado, smells and aromatic herbs. Presents a saline background. A very complex and elegant aromatic profile. Tasting Phase: Fresh entry, enveloping and with a good balance between acidity and sugar.
