Can Rich Espumoso Blanc de Blancs
The vines are cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. Can Rich has a farm called Can Llaudis in the Ses Salines Natural Park, to the south of the island. There we cultivated 6 hectares of Malvasía vineyard, which was harvested by hand at the beginning of August.
Color: Pale yellow with a uniform and well-defined bubble.
Nose: Floral and citrus fruit, like apple.
Palate: Citrus, acacia honey and exotic fruits are expressed with intensity and persistence in the mouth.
