Can Rich Bes
The vines are carried in trellis and cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out during the month of August, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation. After a soft pressing of the grapes, a flower must is obtained, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Color: Pale salmon.
Nose: Intense shows black licorice and fennel sites.
Palate: complex red fruit flavors and original salty sensations define the native variety of this island, Monastrell, long persistence in the mouth.
