Can Rich Rosado

The vines are carried in trellis and cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out during the month of August, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation. After a soft pressing of the grapes, a flower must is obtained, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Color: Bright rosé coloured with dense tears.

Nose: Fresh cherry and blackberries.

Palate: Sweet and dry at the same time, this wine is easy to drink.
