Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel or enameled steel vats. Malolactic fermentation every year. Assemblage of wines from 3 different years, generally consecutive. Cuvée with less than 4 atmospheres of pressure. Bottle aging 2.5 years minimum. Dosage of 6 gr./l.
Tasting note
Creamy texture and excellent concentration. Its flavor takes you to the calm of maturity, always, always under a very tonic finish.
