Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel or enameled steel vats. Malolactic fermentation every year. Bottle aging 2.5 years minimum. Dosage of 7 gr./l
Tasting note
Golden, fine carbonic, clean and bright. The nose is subtle, with aromas of white grapes, citrus, cream, orange blossom water, old wood, sea and stones. The palate is fresh with acidity but amplitude and a certain frame. Lively. Incredible medium-high finish.
