Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel or enameled steel vats. Malolactic fermentation every year. Aging in bottle 4 years minimum. Dosage of 4 to 5 gr./l.
Tasting note
With almost 300 years of history, the maison Lilbert et Fils creates this genuine champagne from the Côte des Blancs. Its entirely handcrafted production, combined with its limited production, make this bottle a little gem that should not be missing in the personal cellar of bubble lovers. Notes of green apple, lime and minerals on the nose and an elegant and fine palate.
