Winemaking
It is made with grapes from vineyards around 30 years in clay-limestone soilsat 800 m altitude, located in the town of Anguix, Burgos. Traditional production in stainless steel tanks and cold maceration. It is for 12 months in american oak barrels. Its stabilization is done by natural means.
Tasting note
Color: Strong purple.
Nose shows complex aromas which are perfectly assembled black fruit, with aromas of oak,nuts,and spices.
Palate: Is very fleshy and creamy, with a nice tannin, which gives us an idea of the longevity of the wine.
Pairing with spicy meats, game, stews...
